Retention period: for the duration of the debugging or maintenance intervention.
4.3 Provision of products and services
pushmi.app processes personal data to manage orders, agreements, and payments for products and services provided.
Data processed: name, address, phone number, email, and billing-related information.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in facilitating delivery of products and services, cf. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention period: generally no more than 3 years after the last recorded activity.

pushmi.app strives to improve the quality, features, and user experience of its products, services, and websites.
Data processed: name, email address, user and web traffic information (login ID, username, IP). Statistics on software and content usage are also collected.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in meeting client expectations and fulfilling contractual commitments, cf. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention period: generally, data is deleted or anonymized after 3 years.
4.5 Managing requests and support
Requests submitted via contact forms, chatbots, or similar tools are processed to facilitate communication and provide user support.
Data processed: data included in the request, such as contact details.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to visitors' questions and concerns, cf. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention period: data is deleted 3 years after the last correspondence relating to the request.
5.1 What is a cookie?
